歡迎使用「念帳（Voinance）」（以下稱「本服務」）。本服務由 Voinance（念帳）的個人開發者（以下稱「我們」）獨立開發與營運。本服務條款（以下稱「本條款」）為你與我們之間具法律拘束力的協議。當你下載、註冊或使用本服務，即表示你已閱讀、瞭解並同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用本服務。
1. 服務說明
本服務是一款以語音為核心的記帳應用程式，功能包括：語音記帳、AI 自動分類、消費統計與報表、發票載具自動匯入、跨裝置同步與備份等。部分功能屬於下述付費「高級版」之專屬功能。我們可能隨時新增、修改或停止部分功能。
2. 帳號與登入
- 你須透過 Apple 或 Google 帳號登入。你應確保登入資訊安全，並對在你帳號下發生的所有活動負責。
- 你保證提供的資訊真實、正確。若發現帳號遭未經授權使用，應立即通知我們。
- 你須年滿可獨立締結契約之法定年齡（在台灣為 18 歲；未成年人須經法定代理人同意）。
3. 訂閱、付費與試用
- 免費版提供語音記帳、AI 分類（每月上限 50 次）、近 31 天歷史、每日摘要、週報表與桌面小工具。
- 高級版提供無限 AI 分類、發票載具自動匯入、完整歷史、月報表、跨裝置同步與備份。費用為每月 NT$50 或每年 NT$399（實際價格以購買頁面為準），並提供 1 個月免費試用。
- 付款與續訂：訂閱透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 處理並自動續訂。除非你於當期結束前至少 24 小時取消，否則將自動續約並扣款。
- 取消與退款：你可隨時於 Apple／Google 的帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱；取消後可繼續使用至當期結束。退款依 Apple／Google 之政策辦理，我們無法直接代為退款。
- 試用期結束後若未取消，將自動轉為付費訂閱。
4. 你的資料與內容
- 你建立的記帳資料屬於你。我們僅為提供本服務（如同步、備份、AI 分類）之必要範圍內處理你的資料，詳見隱私權政策。
- 採「裝置優先 ＋ 雲端備份」設計：記帳資料會先儲存在你的裝置，並加密備份至我們的伺服器，讓你換裝置或升級時能還原。多裝置即時同步與完整歷史檢視為高級版功能；免費版於 App 內可檢視最近 31 天（資料仍完整保存在伺服器上）。解除安裝 App 只會移除本機資料，伺服器上的備份需透過「刪除帳號」才會一併永久清除。
5. 使用規範
你同意不從事下列行為：
- 違反任何適用法律，或侵害他人權利。
- 嘗試破解、逆向工程、未經授權存取本服務或其伺服器，或規避使用限制（如付費功能、AI 用量上限）。
- 以自動化方式大量存取、干擾或對服務造成過度負載。
- 透過本服務上傳惡意程式或非法內容。
6. 發票載具功能（高級版）
發票載具自動匯入功能會在你的裝置上，使用你自行提供的手機條碼憑證登入「財政部電子發票整合服務平台」，取回你自己的電子發票紀錄並匯入本服務。你須確保你有權使用該載具帳號，並遵守財政部平台之使用規範。我們僅提供技術介接，對該政府平台之可用性、資料正確性與政策變動不負責任。
7. 第三方服務
本服務整合 Apple、Google、Anthropic（Claude）、RevenueCat、Google Cloud 及財政部電子發票平台等第三方服務。你對這些服務的使用另受其各自條款規範，我們對第三方服務之行為不負責任。
8. 智慧財產權
本服務之軟體、介面、商標（含「念帳」「Voinance」）、設計與內容，其智慧財產權均歸我們或授權人所有。除本條款明文授權外，未經書面同意，你不得重製、改作、散布或為商業利用。我們授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓、可撤回之使用授權，僅供你依本條款使用本服務。
9. 免責聲明
本服務依「現狀」與「現有」提供，不附帶任何明示或默示之擔保。AI 自動分類、金額辨識與報表結果可能有誤，僅供參考，不構成財務、稅務或法律建議。你應自行核對重要的記帳與財務資訊。我們不保證本服務不中斷、無錯誤或絕對安全。
10. 責任限制
在適用法律允許之最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附隨、特別或衍生性損害（包括資料遺失、利潤損失），我們不負賠償責任。在任何情況下，我們之總賠償責任以你於請求發生前 12 個月內就本服務實際支付之金額為上限。本條款不排除依法不得排除之責任（如故意或重大過失、消費者保護法之強制規定）。
11. 服務變更與終止
- 我們可能隨時新增、修改、暫停或終止全部或部分服務；對重大變更將以合理方式事先通知。
- 若你違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止你的帳號。
- 你可隨時於 App 內刪除帳號以終止本協議；刪除後相關資料之處理依隱私權政策辦理。
12. 準據法與爭議解決
本條款之解釋與適用，以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。惟若你以消費者身分使用本服務，本條款不影響你依當地強制性消費者保護法律所享有之權利。
國際使用者：本服務目前以台灣為主要市場，並保留未來拓展至歐美日韓等地區之彈性。若你於台灣以外地區使用本服務，你另受當地法律之強制規定保障，該等規定於與本條款牴觸時優先適用。
13. 條款變更
我們可能不時修訂本條款。重大變更將透過 App 內通知或更新本頁「最後更新日」公告。變更後繼續使用本服務，即視為同意更新後之條款。

Terms of Service

Welcome to “Voinance (念帳)” (the “Service”). The Service is independently developed and operated by the individual developer of Voinance (“we,” “us”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and us. By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service is a voice-first expense tracker offering voice logging, AI categorization, spending statistics and reports, e-invoice carrier auto-import, and cross-device sync and backup. Some features are exclusive to the paid “Premium” tier below. We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Accounts & Sign-In
- You must sign in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You represent that the information you provide is true and accurate. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be of the legal age to enter into a binding contract (18 in Taiwan; minors require guardian consent).
3. Subscriptions, Payment & Trial
- The Free tier includes voice logging, AI categorization (up to 50/month), the last 31 days of history, daily summaries, weekly reports, and the home-screen widget.
- The Premium tier includes unlimited AI categorization, e-invoice carrier auto-import, full history, monthly reports, and cross-device sync and backup, for NT$50/month or NT$399/year (actual price shown at purchase), with a 1-month free trial.
- Payment & renewal: subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews and you are charged.
- Cancellation & refunds: you may manage or cancel anytime in your Apple/Google account settings; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by Apple/Google policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
4. Your Data & Content
- The expense data you create belongs to you. We process it only as necessary to provide the Service (sync, backup, AI categorization), as described in our Privacy Policy.
- The Service is “device-first + cloud backup”: expense data is stored on your device and encrypted-backed up to our servers so you can restore it when switching devices or upgrading. Multi-device live sync and full-history viewing are Premium features; the free tier shows the last 31 days in-app (the data remains fully retained on the server). Uninstalling the app only removes local data; the server backup is permanently erased only by deleting your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or infringe others' rights.
- Crack, reverse-engineer, gain unauthorized access to the Service or its servers, or circumvent usage limits (e.g., paid features, AI quotas).
- Access the Service in an automated, bulk, or disruptive manner that overloads it.
- Upload malware or unlawful content through the Service.
6. E-Invoice Carrier Feature (Premium)
The carrier auto-import feature uses the mobile-barcode credentials you provide to log in, on your device, to Taiwan's MOF e-invoice platform and retrieve your own e-invoice records into the Service. You must be authorized to use that carrier account and comply with the MOF platform's terms. We provide the technical integration only and are not responsible for that government platform's availability, data accuracy, or policy changes.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates third-party services including Apple, Google, Anthropic (Claude), RevenueCat, Google Cloud, and the MOF e-invoice platform. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their actions.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Service's software, interface, trademarks (including “念帳” and “Voinance”), design, and content is owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written consent. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI categorization, amount recognition, and report outputs may be inaccurate and are for reference only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You should verify important financial information yourself. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or absolutely secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss or lost profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., willful misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer-protection rules).
11. Changes & Termination
- We may add, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service at any time, with reasonable prior notice of material changes.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
- You may terminate this agreement anytime by deleting your account in the app; data handling thereafter follows our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance. If you use the Service as a consumer, these Terms do not affect rights granted to you by mandatory local consumer-protection laws.
International users: the Service is currently focused on the Taiwan market while reserving flexibility to expand to regions such as Europe, the US, Japan, and Korea. If you use the Service outside Taiwan, you are additionally protected by your local mandatory laws, which prevail where they conflict with these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
